West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Weak high pressure over the
waters early today, will move E of the area later today into
tonight as a warm front develops N of the waters. A strong cold
front will approach from the W tonight into Tue, and move E over
the waters later Tue and Tue night. A secondary cold front will
move SE across the N and central waters late Wed and Wed night. A
high pressure ridge will build E toward the coast Thu and Thu
night as low pressure forms E of the N portion. The ridge will
reach the coast Fri, and move offshore Fri night.
