Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Strong to minimal gale force trade winds are forecast
along the NW coast of Colombia at night through Fri night. Fresh
to strong easterly trades are expected elsewhere across the 
Central waters. The cold front currently moving across the Gulf 
of Mexico will reach the NW Caribbean by late Wed, and gradually 
dissipate on Thu. Strengthening high pressure will produce fresh 
to strong NE winds across the Caribbean W of 70W, including the 
Windward Passage on Fri. Moderate to fresh trades will continue 
across the tropical Atlc waters E of the Windwards through Fri
